What to Expect:

Activate is an extended weekend retreat for students, to prepare them to go back to school on fire for Jesus and re-focused on the Great Commission.  Our goal is to prepare your students to fully embrace the most important ministry season of the year.

AGES:
Time Out is open to pastors of all ages and backgrounds. However, this retreat is designed with a special focus on:

  • Youth pastors

  • Children’s and family ministry pastors

  • Young Adult Pastor

  • Next Gen Pastor

  • Young pastors (under the age of 35)

  • Spouses and children of pastors

    • Kids ages 0 - 12 years

  • Registration covers the conference and three meals.

  • Yes. We have secured a discounted rate at the Lamplighter Inn . Simply mention that you are with the “Time Out” group at the time of booking. Click here to book.

    We are excited to be staying at the Best Western Lamplighter! Registrants are asked to book their own accommodations. You will need to call the hotel directly to book your stay for either 2 or 3 nights. We have a block of rooms set aside for the rate of $189.00 a night. If you wish to stay in a room that is not considered standard you will be looking at different prices for those rooms that the hotel can provide you with.

  • We are pleased to welcome seasoned pastors from the District to offer coaching sessions during Time Out for the pastor and/or their spouse. (Read their bios here).

    If you are interested in setting up a coaching appointment, available time slots will be sent out by email from our office to those who have registered for the event. Spaces are limited, so availability will be on a first-come-first-served basis. You are also welcome to connect with our coaches at any point throughout the event, but those with scheduled appointments will take precedence. 

  • Our PK Ministry is available during the sessions scheduled in our main event itinerary for children up to age 12. Each child must be pre-registered as outlined in the registration process. Infants who will remain in the care of the parents during the conference do not have to be registered. Please note that this program will have limited spaces and be available to parents on a first-come, first-served basis: once the program is full, we will not be accepting additional children, however, a waitlist will be created. 

    **There will be no program available for children ages 13 or older. Parents are responsible for these children at all times. 

  • Our priority at Time Out is to provide an opportunity and space for pastors to set aside the responsibilities of ministry and connect with God.  Our aim is that pastors and their spouses join us for teaching from our local leaders that encourages and motivates us to be empowered and equipped by the Spirit.
