Blair mercer
WOD YOUTH DIRECTOR
Blair has been in ministry for twenty-five years and has served in roles such as Youth Pastor, Church Planter, Section Pastor, Executive Pastor and Lead Pastor. Blair loves working with teams of people who want to make an eternal difference. He has worked alongside two Youth Directors, the District Executive, and the New Churches Network. He also led the WOD Creative Resource team. Blair and his wife Angela love spending time with their two amazing college-aged kids whenever they are home. As a family, they love music, snowboarding, baseball and motorcycles, travel and great food.

Nicole has dedicated nearly two decades to shaping the next generation through youth ministry. Alongside her husband, Mike, and their two children, Nicole calls London, Ontario, home, where they serve at Royal View Church.
Nicole's journey in youth ministry is fueled by her genuine passion for making a positive impact on young lives through the teachings of Jesus and the transformative influence of the Holy Spirit. Her heart is deeply invested in creating a nurturing and empowering environment where young individuals can encounter faith, build meaningful connections, and experience life-changing moments.
Who We Are
The Student Collective exists to see a disciple-making youth ministry in every church in the Western Ontario District of the PAOC.
Engage— We value connection amongst pastors and key leaders in student ministries. We strive to facilitate community and deepen relationships with leaders from different churches.
Elevate— It is our desire to help every pastor, leader and student grow in their ministry and giftings. Through various training events, resources and conversations we help leaders improve in their lives and roles.
Experience — We love to create events that supplement and enhance student ministries in the local church. At each event, we strive to foster an environment where attendees can experience the Presence of God.
