What to Expect:
Time Out is a retreat created to refresh and encourage pastors in ministry. Our goal is simple: to minister to the minister. Throughout the retreat, you’ll experience spiritually renewing sessions, opportunities for community, and personal mentoring. It’s a space to relax with your family, be poured into through worship, biblical teaching, and ministry times, and connect with both old and new friends.
AGES:
Time Out is open to pastors of all ages and backgrounds. However, this retreat is designed with a special focus on:
Youth pastors
Children’s and family ministry pastors
Young Adult Pastor
Next Gen Pastor
Young pastors (under the age of 35)
Spouses and children of pastors
Kids ages 0 - 12 years

Jessica DiSabatino is the Lead Pastor of Journey Church in Calgary Alberta. She loves people and theology and connects with her audiences through her candid humour and her understanding of what it means to be human in this chaotic and messy world. Katrina Imson-Victoria is the Worship Director at Champion Life Centre Brampton, where she is passionate about leading people into authentic encounters with the presence of God. She has led worship in a wide range of settings, from large conferences and church gatherings to intimate worship nights, always carrying a heart to see people encounter Jesus. Deeply committed to the local church, Katrina is passionate about raising up worship leaders and teams who pursue both excellence and wholehearted devotion to Christ. She also serves on CLC’s core leadership team and cares for the young adult community in her church, helping young adults grow in their faith and discover their God-given purpose.

We are pleased to welcome seasoned pastors from the District to offer coaching sessions during Time Out for the pastor and/or their spouse. (Read their bios here).
If you are interested in setting up a coaching appointment, available time slots will be sent out by email from our office to those who have registered for the event. Spaces are limited, so availability will be on a first-come-first-served basis. You are also welcome to connect with our coaches at any point throughout the event, but those with scheduled appointments will take precedence. -
We are thrilled to provide intentional PK Ministry for ages 0-12.

Our priority at Time Out is to provide an opportunity and space for pastors to set aside the responsibilities of ministry and connect with God. Our aim is that pastors and their spouses join us for teaching from our local leaders that encourages and motivates us to be empowered and equipped by the Spirit.
